We ship via USPS with tracking. Shipping charges are calculated by USPS in real time, but If applicable, shipping overages are always refunded. If it is more cost efficient for the customer to ship products in 2 separate packages or in a flat rate box, we will do so. We cannot guarantee that packages will arrive by the estimated USPS arrival date. Should you be concerned about package delays or inaccurate tracking, please contact the USPS customer service.

Buyers absorb the cost and responsibility of your country's duties, import fees, and other taxes. USPS tracking is often unreliable, especially for orders shipping outside of the USA. Per USPS policy, international packages are not required to be scanned within the United States. Should your international package not show tracking updates while shipping through the U.S., tracking updates will appear once it is scanned outside of the U.S. If your tracking says "Delivered" and you have yet to receive a parcel, please be patient. This could mean that it went through the wrong scanner at a check point or that your postal carrier is running behind and your package will be delivered on the next working day. If for some reason a parcel is returned to us because the address is incorrect, we will contact the buyer and you will have to pay for shipping again by invoice sent through PayPal for your package to be resent.
We strive to provide an exceptional consumer experience. Satisfaction is our number one priority for you, and we are not happy until you are. With that being said, we do provide a refund or replacement of any damaged items. We ask that you please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with transaction ID or order number, date of purchase, and name on the purchase, along with photos for Quality Control. This is for validation, aids in protection against fraud and for our records.
We do hope that you truly enjoy your purchase enough so that you do not have to return any products. However, should you not be satisfied with your purchase, we do accept returns for merchandise returned to us in its original, unused and UNOPENED packaging within 7 USPS working days after delivery to you. Please contact us immediately within 3 days of receipt of unsatisfactory purchase. Refunds cannot be issued for opened packaging, as the product has then been tampered with, and therefore the integrity of the product has been compromised. No exceptions will be taken into consideration.
i.) Shipping fees and charges on any returns are the sole responsibility of the customer. A 20% handling fee will apply for each product being returned, as we are responsible for processing fees on each order placed with us.
ii.) Request for order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
iii.) Absolutely no refunds for custom orders or special requests. No exceptions will be taken into consideration.
iv.) No refunds on cracked or damaged bath bombs, as they will still serve their purpose in the bath.
